The Screening Room Rates

Indoor Event Space

$100/hour with a 2 hour minimum Sunday–Thursday. 3 hour minimum Friday and Saturday.

There is no hourly minimum for meetings and seminars Monday–Friday 7am–5pm.

*For meetings 4 hours or more, call for special all day rates.

$40/day audio visual fee.

Rates include:

  • 6' bar
  • Seating and tables (in stock)
  • A/V fee includes projection, screen and audio
  • Complimentary parking across the street

$80/hour

Catering

The Screening Room can handle all your catering needs. We work with our preferred caterer, Silver Spoon Catering.

Alcohol

The Screening Room offers beer and wine service.
